About the role
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of SQL, python, machine learning concepts, cost analysis, data visualizations, and data/financial storytelling. This role requires one to be an eager collaborator and problem solver who is willing to jump quickly into analysis when new needs arise.
Job functions
We’re looking for a highly motivated, technical business analyst to help evaluate, monitor, and communicate value across our portfolio of ground-breaking ML models in the areas of price optimization, marketing, and customer lifetime value. You’ll help define key performance indicators for model monitoring and will aim to provide clear and comprehensive performance analysis to our leadership, partners, and stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements with data science, finance, business planning, and marketing teams across the enterprise and gaming labels
- Evaluate business contributions of the Enterprise Data Science portfolio of machine learning models. Identify opportunities for greater business impact and periodically analyze opportunity costs for our group
- Develop and test value framework hypotheses, partner with business teams to validate analysis, and develop and implement periodic value monitoring and reporting plans
- Communicate findings: with impeccable written and verbal skills, inform our team, leadership, and partners on value findings, make sound data-based recommendations, and proactively collaborate in solution development
- Professionally manage stakeholders and partners in cyclical model valuation activities
Our requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
- 1+ years of experience in statistical model building
- 1+ years of experience in market research
- 1+ years of experience in SQL querying
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis
